Note that some SD interface card detection and write protection pins are not propagated from the SD card
to the i.MX53 in all hardware implementations. Also note that SD4 is shared with PATA pins. The second
example board provides the connection to the four SD interfaces provided by the ESDHC in the i.MX53.
